Presentation Guide

Oral Presentation

  1. MS (minisymposium) speakers should deliver their presentations within 15 minutes, including the Q/A time.
  2. Oral presentation of each MS speaker should be presented in English.
  3. The participants come from all over the world, please ensure that the oral presentation material should be prepared in English, which follow the formats like: MS-PowerPoint or Adobe PDF.
  4. MS speaker is suggested to bring a USB memory stick, and upload the oral presentation material to the computer of each MS Room previously.

Poster Presentation

Poster sessions provide an excellent opportunity for researchers to present their work in a visual and interactive format. To recognize exceptional contributions, the conference will award:

  • Best Poster Presentation: One Best Poster Presentation Award will be given for every six posters displayed. This award acknowledges outstanding research quality, clarity of presentation, and the ability to effectively communicate key findings.

Note: please bring your printed poster by yourself.

  1. Poster size: A0 (841 mm×1189 mm)
  2. Language: English
  3. Color printing
  4. Content requirement: Condensed and attractive
  5. Post-conference note: The Organizing Committee will not send or keep any posters left at the conference venue.
